How to develop manager skills

Management is a process of life time, you can learn it from book but you have to apply that in real world, where you don’t face bookish scenarios.  The best management you can learn from people around you, from your environment. So for all those who works in an office, always keep learning from your seniors that don’t mean you start following them or keep a book for them what they do and what they don’t. Each person has its persona and it depicts the same. 

When most people get jobs as internee they work hard and fast to make good impression so they can make a good impression on seniors, each person tries to be extra nice to the seniors so they can get job on permanent basis. In my opinion it’s a pretty false move to attain that job that was an old move when you neglect work and praise you senior or give him/her gifts to secure your job. A person sitting ahead you is not an unwise person. He/she will understand at once what you are planning or trying to do.

The best impression that can anyone made is with hard work and dedication, the key is respect your job and work don’t just do is as duty, you work should depict your sincerity and your hard work. Mange you work in proper and appropriate manner so with less effort you can produce great result. If to coordinates were give same tasks, one finish before the time limit and other takes extra time  that means the 1^st one is doing something extra then other, what that can be that is management, managing work in a proper or efficient manner.

Your job(interim management jobs) base on many things and task to perform, in it there are many sub tasks that you perform. To manage all these given task in such a way, that they perform quickly and in better way that is called management. 1^st  thing you need is proper analysis of task you need to perform, if you want to perform it in a better way the key is break down it in steps, then observe what task to perform on 1^st priority and what comes under category of 2^nd priority. After you divide them in parts you then consider all best possible way to perform them in various ways, chose what is best in time and quality. Then perform them in a proper manner and by following this you will found no task unachievable, you will be able to do all difficult task in easy manner.

Each man got opportunity in life, for success and achievements all is matter how willing he/she is to attain that success. If you see challenge in life and feel week to accomplish it trust me you will found it much difficult to accomplish. The 1^st thing you should do make yourself believe that you can achieve this task, you are humans most intelligent species among all. If you determine anything can be achievable but it will take time, effort and practice. It doesn’t matter if you fail in 1^st attempt; your failure teaches you a lot, so set your aim for life and then struggle for it with strong will and pure heart trust me nothing can keep you away from what you desire.
